Cabins are rented weekly during the summer, either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. In certain last minute situations, nightly options may be available.
Summer rates include the Cabin, site fee, 2 adults, 2 children and 2 vehicles
9% Maine State Lodging Tax will be applied.

IMPORTANT CABIN INFORMATION
- 9% Maine State Lodging Tax will be applied to all stays.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for cabins of 5 nights or more. Any reservation of 4 nights or less must be paid in full. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
- No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations on any cabins.
- Check-in time is 3:00pm or after for any rental. For early arrivals, please inquire with the Main Office for availability before arriving. At time of check-in, a security deposit of $250 will be due. You may pay your security deposit with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or cash. Credit card highly recommended over debit card for security deposit. NO CHECKS are accepted at time of arrival.
- Checkout time is by 11:00am. Late checkouts will be assessed a one-night fee. The security deposit will be refunded at checkout after inspection and approval of the cabin.
- All cabins are dog friendly! Maximum of 2 dogs. No other animals allowed.
- NO SMOKING in any cabins at anytime.
- Please do not flush any baby wipes or feminine hygiene products.
- Tents are not allowed to be set-up/used on cabin sites.
