Our custom Maine made cabins are the perfect way to experience Bayley’s Camping Resort. They represent the best of both worlds by giving you the feeling of back to nature camping, but with all the comforts of home. After a day at the beach, laying by the pool or sitting around a campfire, you can swing open the double French doors and enjoy the peaceful luxuries our cabins have to offer. To make you stay convenient, even for 1st time campers, each cabin is set up and ready for your vacation to begin.
Deluxe Cabins
Our Deluxe Cabins include everything the Standard Cabins have, plus more! In addition you will get a one-time kayak pass* for each person plus the site is overlooking Gaelan Pond (water view). The “larger” deluxe Cabins are slightly larger than the Standard Cabins. For 2024, each person will receive a free Aquaboggan Waterpark pass* as well!

*Please note: To qualify for the free passes that come with standard or deluxe cabins, you must stay 7 consecutive nights. The passes are not available for off-season, Off-Season Enhanced or Back to School reservations. Cannot combine passes received above with any other specials.

Cabins are rented weekly during the summer, either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. In certain last minute situations, nightly options may be available.

IMPORTANT CABIN INFORMATION
- 9% Maine State Lodging Tax will be applied to all stays.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for Cabins of 5 nights or more. Any reservation of 4 nights or less must be paid in full. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
- No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations on any Cabins.
- Check-in time is 3:00pm or after for any rental. For early arrivals, please inquire with the Main Office for availability before arriving. At time of check-in, a security deposit of $250 will be due. You may pay your security deposit with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or cash. Credit card highly recommended over debit card for security deposit. NO CHECKS are accepted at time of arrival.
- Checkout time is by 11:00am. Late checkouts will be assessed a one-night fee. The security deposit will be refunded at checkout after inspection and approval of the Cabin.
- No pets are allowed in Cabins or on the site of a Cabin, unless specified.
- NO SMOKING in any Cabins at anytime.
- Please do not flush any baby wipes or feminine hygiene products.
- Tents are not allowed to be set-up/used on Cabin sites.
